  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and tags.

Note: Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for refunds.

  3. Share pictures or videos of the damaged or defective product, if applicable.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the refund request is approved, you may need to return the item to our designated address.
  • The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per the customer's preference.

5. Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or are missing original tags and packaging.
  • Refund requests made after the 7-day eligibility period.
